My payment failed at the gateway, what should I do?
Relax, sip some coffee and try again. Call us to hold your order if it still fails. The failure can be because of reasons like the gateway server being slow at the backend or a slow internet connection. If at all your money has been deducted but is not reflecting on the website, call us immediately and we will coordinate with the gateway partners to resolve the issue.
What is Sixkarma’s Shipping Policy?
Usually, we ship the product within 24-48 hours. Sixkarma sincerely promises to provide you with the best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the process. We proudly assure that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact and in time.
When will I get my order?
We make utmost efforts to ship your order on the very next day of the receipt of payment, however, due to restrictions from our shipping partners, there may be some delay. Customers can track the orders using the ‘tracking number’ provided in the email. There could be genuine delays like the uncertain force of nature or delays that the third-party logistics-provider caused. If by any thin chance your payment is not realized, we will notify you with updated status.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the shipment is made to the logistics-provider, tracking details are sent to your registered email ID.
What are the shipping charges for my pin code?
Please use our ‘shipping calculator.’ Shipping and Handling cost is calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the pin code.
Who delivers to my Region?
We have tied up with several 3rd party logistics providers to ensure a secured and safe delivery. We choose the provider based on the history of successful deliveries in your region.
Can I change my shipping address after the shipment is made?
Currently, we do NOT support the change of address once the shipment is made.
How to pay for my order?
Sixkarma has tied up with payment gateway providers, one of them being Razorpay, which is one of the most trusted and safest payment gateway of India.
I want to customize the products.
Customized orders are surely undertaken. Designs can be shared with us over email, website link, or through WhatsApp. First, a sketch of the requested design is prepared, sent to you as an image, then, upon your approval, the final product is made. Of course, the price and the production time may differ accordingly.

Do all the products which are made of one material type have the same structure and color?
Wood and leather as natural materials live their own lives. With its structure and color, each piece tells its own story and is therefore unmistakable. Deviations from color and material structure are therefore completely normal and do not harm the product - on the contrary: that is what makes your product unique. The photos will also be displayed differently depending on the screen settings.
What is the return policy or exchange clauses for custom designs?
Please refer to our Return Policy / Exchange section. However, for ‘custom orders’, returns or exchanges are NOT permitted.
Do you store my credit card information?
Absolutely not. Credit, debit and bank transfer details are processed by the payment gateway partners. We do NOT store any of your payment information.
